The purpose of this application, under Article 19.2, is to conserve the widely used specific name Lema decempunctata Gebler, 1829. In the original publication, the printed name clearly reads “ L. ropunctata ”. Nearly all subsequent taxonomists have interpreted this spelling as an error of the typesetter....
