Please can I lend my support to Case 3463 which aims to stabilise the
name of the Aldabra tortoise. I believe Jack Frazier has convincingly
shown that this is the best resolution to a most confusing
nomenclatural problem. It is simply unacceptable to have at least 8
different binomial combinations for this tortoise and the time is long
overdue for the situation to be stabilised.
